INGREDIENTS:
Blue Key Self Raising Flour 150g | ||
Corn Flour 50g | ||
Marina Chicken Sausage (Diced) 100g | ||
Chinese Celery 10g | ||
Onion (Diced) 40g | ||
Salt 2g | ||
Water 200ml | ||
Seri Mumi Cooking Oil - As needed | ||
Red Chilli 30g | ||
Bird Eye Chilli 5g |
METHOD:
- Dice and chop sausage, onion, red chilli, chinese celery, bird eye chilli and keep a side.
- In a bowl, add Blue Key Self Raising flour, corn flour, salt and water and mix well.
- Mix all chopped and diced ingredients into the batter.
- In a frying pot, heat the cooking oil and fry fritters until golden brown.
