  Blue Key Self Raising Flour 150g
  Corn Flour 50g
  Marina Chicken Sausage (Diced) 100g
  Chinese Celery 10g
  Onion (Diced) 40g
  Salt 2g
  Water 200ml
  Seri Mumi Cooking Oil - As needed
  Red Chilli 30g
  Bird Eye Chilli 5g
  1. Dice and chop sausage, onion, red chilli, chinese celery, bird eye chilli and keep a side.
  2. In a bowl, add Blue Key Self Raising flour, corn flour, salt and water and mix well.
  3. Mix all chopped and diced ingredients into the batter.
  4. In a frying pot, heat the cooking oil and fry fritters until golden brown.
