Meatball Spring Roll  |

Ready in : 20 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
  1 piece Pampas Filo Pastry
  2 pieces Marina Meatballs (halved)
  10g Carrot (Julienne cut)
  10g Sengkuang (Julienne cut)
  Seri Murni Cooking Oil as needed
METHOD:
  1. Lay a piece of puff pastry sheet on a flat board and cut it into 6 pieces.
  2. Top with carrot, sengkuang and meatball and wrap neatly and fold the edges into nice rectangular shape.
  3. Seal the edges with water.
  4. Fry the spring roll in hot oil until yellowish-brown.
