INGREDIENTS:
1 piece Pampas Filo Pastry | ||
2 pieces Marina Meatballs (halved) | ||
10g Carrot (Julienne cut) | ||
10g Sengkuang (Julienne cut) | ||
Seri Murni Cooking Oil as needed |
METHOD:
- Lay a piece of puff pastry sheet on a flat board and cut it into 6 pieces.
- Top with carrot, sengkuang and meatball and wrap neatly and fold the edges into nice rectangular shape.
- Seal the edges with water.
- Fry the spring roll in hot oil until yellowish-brown.
