Meat Balls Curry with Roti Jala  |

INGREDIENTS:

Roti Jala:

  200g Blue Key Self-Raising Flour
  400g Water
  2g Salt
  1 teaspoon of Star Brand Liquid Artificial Egg Yellow Colour
  1 teaspoon of Artificial True Blue Colour
  1 teaspoon of Liquid Artificial Apple Green Colour
  1 teaspoon of Artificial Fortuna Red Colour

Meat Balls Curry:

  10 pieces Marina Meat Balls
  3 pieces Cardamom
  1 piece Star Anise
  30g Chicken Curry Powder
  40g Chilli Paste
  1 stick Cinnamon
  2g Curry Leaves
  120g Onion, 9g Ginger, 15g Garlic - Blend with 100ml water
  Blend ingredients below with 100ml water :-
  • - 120g Onion
  • - 9g Ginger
  • - 15g Garlic
  1 cube Beef Stock
  300ml Water
  80g Seri Murni Cooking Oil
  100ml Meadow Fresh Full Cream Milk
  4g Salt
  5g Sugar
METHOD:

Roti Jala:

  1. Mix all ingredients except colour and blend well.
  2. Divide the mixture into four portion and add the Star Brand colour accordingly.
  3. Heat up the non-stick pan.
  4. Pour the batter in a roti jala cup.
  5. Swirl the cup on the heated pan in circular motion until it creates a net shape.
  6. After cooked, place the roti jala on a plate.
  7. Roll the cooked roti jala into rectangle shape.

Meat Balls Curry:

  1. In a saucepan, add cooking oil. Once oil heated, add the spices and curry leaves.
  2. Add blended paste and sauté.
  3. Add chilli paste, curry powder and water mix well until fragrant.
  4. Add meat balls, sugar, salt and beef cube and mix well.
  5. Finally, add milk into the curry and simmer the fire to boil.
