Baked Bean and Eggs Chinese Style | | |

INGREDIENTS:
1 can Marina Baked Beans in Tomato Sauce | ||
2 Seri Murni eggs | ||
1 medium size Bombay onion (finely diced) | ||
Salt and black pepper powder to taste |
METHOD:
- Heat some oil, fry the onions till fragrant.
- Fry the Seri Murni eggs and season with a little salt and pepper.
- Do not allow the eggs to be totally cooked but not runny either.
- Pour in the Marina Baked Beans in Tomato Sauce and mix and break up those eggs & onion into pieces. You may add tomato ketchup if the flavour is not good enough.
